Position: Foreman / Climber

Productive, safety minded individual needed to supervise crews and perform all types of residential and commercial tree work. Candidates must have an ability to perform hazardous tree removals and high quality pruning work with minimal supervision. Basic requirements:

• Considerable knowledge of tree work and the use of safety devices, and hand and power tools, and equipment, related to tree work.
• Knowledge of principles, practices and materials used for tree trimming and removal.
• Ability to perform skilled work in trimming, pruning, and felling trees.
• Good physical condition with no restrictions to working at high elevations. Ability to climb trees. Skilled in the use and maintenance of chain saw and related equipment.
• Minimum three years tree climbing (no spikes) and Class B CDL required.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be well organized, possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Mandatory pre-employment drug screening. Hourly rate / OT, medical and dental benefits, 401k and profit sharing offered to successful candidates.

Tree Work Sales Professional

Top producing, experienced individual needed to build relationships by servicing existing clients and developing new customers in a high-end residential and commercial territory. Plant identification and tree pruning knowledge required to diagnose problems, design treatment plans, provide job estimates and close sales. The successful individual must have excellent communication skills, be well organized, possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. ISA certification is a plus.

Lawn and Ornamental Spray Technician

Motivated, responsible individual needed to work outside independently applying fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides to turf, trees, and shrubs. Candidates must be able to identify various plants, trees and shrubs, pests and diseases as well as the approved control measures. They should be able to operate equipment for extended periods of time, and lift at least 60 pounds. They will need to have a valid Florida CDL, drive to job sites daily, conduct visual inspections of plant material and treat accordingly. The successful individual must have excellent communication skills, be well organized, possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
